About Gary Gooden

Originally from Jamaica, Gary brings a unique blend of cultural diversity, analytical expertise, and real estate experience to every client relationship. After spending 14 years in Charleston, South Carolina, he relocated to the Atlanta area in 2023 and continues to help clients navigate the real estate market with confidence and clarity.

A graduate of St. Francis College in New York, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Gary spent more than 16 years teaching mathematics before transitioning into real estate. His strong background in data analysis, problem-solving, and strategic thinking provides clients with valuable insights when making important real estate decisions.

With more than seven years of real estate experience, Gary has established a reputation for delivering exceptional service and results. Early in his career, he was a member of a high-performing real estate team that successfully sold more than 150 homes in a single year. In recognition of his outstanding performance, he earned the prestigious Realtor of Distinction award in Charleston in 2017.

A former collegiate athlete, Gary was inducted into the St. Francis College Hall of Fame in 2012 for his accomplishments in both soccer and track and field. The discipline, dedication, and competitive spirit that fueled his athletic success continue to drive his commitment to serving clients at the highest level.

Known for being accessible, adaptable, and client-focused, Gary is dedicated to providing personalized guidance throughout every stage of the buying or selling process. His friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and market knowledge help clients find the right property at the right price while ensuring a smooth and rewarding experience.

Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, staying active at the gym, and exploring local parks and scenic walking trails around his home in Lithonia, Georgia.
